How can I apply for a unit?
In order to apply for a unit, you will need to provide the following to the site staff:
- Last month of rent made out to SIREG Management Inc. (payable by Certified Check, Bank Draft or Money Order)
- Two pieces of valid identification (1 photo ID required, please ask site staff for detailed listed of acceptable identifications)
- Proof of Income
- Completed Rental Application by all applicant(s)
- A guarantor may be required upon request
What do I need before moving in?
Before receiving your keys, you are required to provide the site staff the following:
- Lease agreement and additional documents signed by all leaseholders
- Pay the last month rent and any further deposits required
- Confirmation of tenant insurance
- Confirmation of utilities account (if applicable)
- Complete any required move-in documentation
Keys are provided on your lease start date once all move-in requirements have been completed.
Is parking available at your properties?
Parking is available at many of our properties; however, availability, fees, and parking policies vary by location. Please contact our leasing team or property management office to confirm whether parking is available at your community.
Tenants who have a registered vehicle at the property are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is properly licensed, insured, and parked in accordance with all property rules and signage.
While we strive to maintain safe parking areas, SIREG Management is not responsible for any loss, theft, vandalism, or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked on the property, except where required by applicable law. We recommend that tenants maintain appropriate automobile insurance coverage for their vehicles.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first day of each month unless otherwise stated in your lease agreement.
What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, SIREG Management offers several payment options for submitting your monthly rent payments. Accepted methods include:
- Online Payment through TenantPay
- Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)
- Cheque, Bank Draft, Money Order & Certified Cheque made payable to SIREG Management
Please ensure all payments are submitted in accordance with your tenancy agreement and by the required due date.
How can I find out if my rent will increase?
In Ontario, rent increases are governed by the Residential Tenancies Act and any applicable annual rent increase guideline established by the Province of Ontario.
If your tenancy is eligible for a rent increase, you will receive written notice in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Tenancies Act. If you have questions about your current rent, a future rent increase, or how the annual guideline applies to your tenancy, please contact our Head Office and our team will be happy to assist you.

How do I submit a maintenance request?
Tenant's can submit a maintenance request by clicking maintenance request on our website and go through the form or email us at service@siregmanagement.com.
Are there building or condominium rules I need to follow?
Yes. Some of our properties are located within condominium communities and are subject to condominium corporation rules and regulations. These rules help ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable living environment for all residents and may include policies regarding noise, pets, parking, balconies, move-ins and move-outs, waste disposal, and the use of common areas.
Tenants are responsible for complying with all applicable building or condominium rules in addition to the terms of their lease agreement. If you would like a copy of the building or condominium rules for your community, please contact info@siregmanagement.com for a copy.
How do I give notice to move out?
If you wish to end your tenancy, you must complete and submit an N9 – Tenant's Notice to End the Tenancy in accordance with the requirements of the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB).
Your notice must be:
- Submitted on or before the 1st day of the month to provide the required 60 days' notice.
- Signed by all leaseholders listed on the tenancy agreement.
- Delivered to your site staff or emailed to info@siregmanagement.com.
Please note that notices submitted after the 1st of the month may not meet the required notice period and could result in a later termination date.

What should I expect after I submit my notice to move out?
Once we receive your notice to move out, here's what you can expect:
- Confirmation of your notice: We will send you a confirmation letter acknowledging your move-out notice and outlining the next steps.
- Pre-vacancy inspection: A member of our team will schedule a pre-vacancy inspection to review the condition of your unit and identify any items that may require attention before your move-out date.
- Final move-out inspection: Once the unit has been completely vacated, you will schedule a final inspection with our site staff. This walkthrough confirms the condition of the unit after all belongings have been removed.
- Key return and key deposit refund: After the final inspection, you will return all keys and access devices to the site staff. If you have a refundable key deposit on file, please provide a forwarding address so we can mail your refund cheque, if applicable.
