Rental Fraud - Protect Yourself!
It has recently come to our attention that there are fraudulent ads on Kijiji that are using SIREG Management Inc.'s properties in an attempt to scam deposit monies out of potential tenants. Please protect yourself from rent fraud! Ensure that you are dealing directly with SIREG Management for any of our properties. All of our ads will clearly identify our 800 number, our company logo and will direct you to the property manager for that location. All of our company emails will end in our domain, @siregmanagement.com. NEVER send money to a supposed landlord without seeing a property first, and be suspicious if a landlord claims to be out of town or out of the country. If you cannot view the property personally, walk away. SIREG Management will always show prospective tenants the available units and you will always be dealing directly with our staff.
