I have moved many times in my life due to work, school and life changes. In doing so I've had my fair share of landlords, but in all my experience I've never had one as considerate and accommodating as Ron. Right from the the interview process to handing in our keys he was nothing but friendly and just had a way of making us feel like we were at home.
One of the most important things for most tenants is having any problems dealt with as quickly as possible. We had a few issues in our unit and in no other building have I had them repaired the same day I put in a request other than at your building. Ron was very proactive in taking care of any issue immediately which was greatly appreciated.
When my husband and I bought our house our move in date conflicted with our year lease and we needed to leave before our year was up. Even though it was extremely inconvenient, following procedure Ron did everything he could to accommodate us in being able to properly close our lease and interview new tenants to take over the apartment. I recognize the additional time, money and effort that takes on top of all the other jobs Ron has on a regular basis.
I've never felt the need to make a point of my property service before, but I think it's important to note that Ron and his team always went above and beyond for us which in this industry is very rare and should be commended. It's important to me that credit is given where credit is due. Ron was by far the best landlord we've had the pleasure of knowing. We were very sad to go.
