As always, it's buyer beware out there!  It's come to our attention that fraudsters are at it again and are placing fake ads on sites such as Kijiji.  SIREG Management Inc. will always post our logos and use business email addresses for inquiries on all of our properties.  When in doubt, verify everything and if it seems fishy, it probably is!  Quick rentals, cash only, lower than market rent, no credit app process....these are all signs of a fraudulent ad.  If you see something you think is fraudulent, report it to the police.

NEVER send money to a supposed landlord without seeing a property first, and be suspicious if a landlord claims to be out of town or out of the country.  If you cannot view the property personally, walk away.  SIREG Management will always show prospective tenants the available units and you will always be dealing directly with our staff.  Follow these basic safety tips as published by Kijiji.
